Terms and Conditions
-All prices are subjected to 7% Goods and Service Tax (GST).
-Payment has to be fulfilled to secure the venue.
-Day rates apply to bookings up to 8 hours only.

Cancellation Policy
-28 days or more before booking date: 90% refund
-15 to 27 days before booking date: 50% refund
-14 days or less before booking date – no refund

Additional Charges
-$75/h surcharge for extra hours
-$100 cleaning fee (refundable deposit) if food and drinks are consumed within premises

We seek your kind understanding in the proper usage of the space and the facilities – should there be any damages, fees covering replacements or repairs will be billed to you or your organization.
